Obama performing well in Iowa

The latest Newsweek poll shows Barack Obama with a 4-point lead (28 to 24) over Hillary Clinton among likely caucus-goers. Iowa has long been seen as the first real test for a presidential candidate and the winner of the caucus usually experiences a significant boost in national polls. Because all the candidates have spent significant time in Iowa, it shows that the better people get to know the whole field, the better Obama performs.
